Hey, i have an issue, i know how epically important squats are for my gains, but i have a really bad knee. ive never bee offically told by my MD to stop squating, but i find that no matter what my right knee always goes in when i squat even if im only squatting the bar. also, when i get to parallel the left knee can still bend farther but my right heel comes up. what can i do to compensate for this? if i should stop squating what can i do to replace squats?
